The payments forms (of registrations made until 17/10/2018) accepted during the event are: credit card, nota de empenho and billing (faturamento). The participants will be able to make the payment by the system (ECOS) in the listed forms or in cash in the registration desk of the event.
Authors of the WTICG only need to register as a student and each registration gives the right to publish one (1) paper. Authors of all the other SBSeg2018 events, in order for the accepted papers to be published in the event proceedings, it is necessary that at least 1 (one) author pays the registration in the “Professional” category. If none of the authors have paid professional registration, it is necessary that at least one of the registered authors make the additional payment of a publication fee, in the corresponding registration category.

Up to October 10th, 2018, a refund of 80% of the amount paid for registration in SBSeg 2018 can be refund (20% fee for costs administrative). After this date there will be no refund of any amount paid. The policy applies both to the cancellation of the registration in SBSeg 2018 as well as any additional activity (Mini-course, dinner, among others).
